What to expect:

Let's get your body in shape! A combination of Strength Training, Cardio, Core, and HIIT. Exercises will be performed using dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, boxing, TRX, Step, and Resistance Bands to sculpt the new you. I help my clients with form and proper movement execution for the long term. Let's have fun and pump up the music you enjoy. You can track a workout routine that is easy for you to follow.

Typical sessions:

  • 50 minute sessions

  • 1 or 2 people per session (prices vary)

  • Adults, teenagers 16+, seniors over 70+, people with special needs

  • In-person sessions at my fully-equipped Fitness Studio in Gladwyne, PA

  • Online sessions via Zoom or FaceTime

1:1 VIRTUAL COACHING

What to expect:

With virtual coaching, you can access me from anywhere via Zoom call. In the course of the program, we identify the areas that need to be worked on to achieve your dream body. Through nutrition and fitness, we create a custom plan for a healthy lifestyle. I make wellness pleasurable and imaginative so you can have a great physique and enjoy life!

FITNESS AND NUTRITION COACHING

What to expect:

You will receive a nutritional plan that is designed to meet your needs and goals. This tailored approach factors in your schedule, eating habits, preferred foods, macro-nutrients and a feasible calorie target. I'll be your accountability partner on your weight loss journey. Think of me as your guide to a new lifestyle.

  • 45 minute Zoom call consultation

  • Daily and weekly check-ins with Maria
