What to expect:

Let's get you in the best shape of your life with sessions designed specifically for your goals and needs. In my Fitness Studio, you will find all the training equipment that would be available to you in a commercial gym, with the privacy of training at home. The Personal Training Program goes well beyond our live sessions, as each client is given a customized workout plan and nutritional guidelines to continue working at home.

The program offers a combination of Strength Training, Cardio, Core, and HIIT. Exercises will be performed using dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, boxing, TRX, Step, and Resistance Bands to sculpt the new you. I guide and help my clients with form and proper movement execution to ensure joint and muscle protection and long term wellness.

Typical sessions:

  • 50 minute sessions

  • 1 or 2 people per session (prices vary)

  • Adults, teenagers 16+, seniors over 70+, people with special needs

  • In-person sessions at my fully-equipped Fitness Studio in Gladwyne, PA

  • Online sessions via Zoom or FaceTime

What to expect:

You will receive a nutritional plan that is designed to meet your needs and goals. This tailored approach factors in your schedule, eating habits, preferred foods, macro-nutrients and a feasible calorie target. I'll be your accountability partner on your weight loss journey. Think of me as your guide to a new lifestyle.

  • 45 minute Zoom call consultation

  • 1 month of coaching

  • Custom fitness and nutrition packet

  • Daily and weekly check-ins with Maria

In this single virtual comprehensive session, we identify the areas that need to be worked on to achieve your dream body. Through a nutrition and fitness plan, we will achieve your goals and make adjustments leading to a healthy lifestyle.
